Our client is a global investment management business which is undergoing successful growth on an international scale and an exciting 2021 planned for the company. With the current need for a maternity cover, a fabulous opportunity as arisen for a HR Advisor to join their established, yet small and business critical HR team within their London offices. As HR Advisor you will work closely with the business on all aspects of HR operations, as well as the opportunity of working on some of their company-wide HR projects.

On a day to day basis, you will engage closely with stakeholders and search firms on the PSL to ensure an effective and employer-brand led recruitment experience is offered to all candidates. Even though there will be a focus on overseeing recruitment activity, you will also manage all employee relations matters, performance improvement processes, career development paths and headcount planning across the business. A hands-on approach is critical whilst also having the ability to work on the more strategic and tactical areas of HR. With the company undergoing such success, the Head of HR is planning on driving through some key HR projects in 2021. This will include Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Development and Employee Engagement, so there will be the opportunity of working on one or more of these projects next year.

With this initially being a one year contract, our client is looking for a HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner who has had some previous exposure to recruitment (not direct sourcing, but overseeing recruitment activity). The key thing, is that this person is flexible in their working style, be adaptable under different business case scenarios and professional in their approach. Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills, you will have experience within the financial services sector and thrive working in an energised and fast-paced business, where standards are high.
