A fantastic opportunity had arisen to join a market leading and renowned media business as their Recruitment Assistant, where you will be involved in supporting all areas of the recruitment process for positions across the business. This will include advertising of roles, creating content for social media posts and managing all aspects of the recruitment administration process. As well as screening CVs you will be the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the Recruitment team on recruitment projects, including social media strategies, career fairs, improvements to the recruitment process and Diversity & Inclusion Events.


With previous experience in HR or recruitment administration, you will thrive working at pace and have a great attention to detail. You will have a genuine interest in Diversity & Inclusion and embrace company values and the impact they have within talent acquisition. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects will also be essential. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your recruitment and broader HR skills within a unique and vibrant working environment.
