Our client, a fast growing fintech business, is looking for their first HR Manager to join their London operation. With a strong HR presence in the US, there is a desire to replicate their passion for people within their London offices, through navigating a high-growth and mid-stage start-up environment, while championing people focused solutions.

Working through all aspects of HR, you will provide support around all performance management issues, drive forward their talent acquisition programme, create effective learning solutions for the management populations and design organisational development programmes to grow their vision of their team’s capabilities. You will also partner business leaders to regularly analyse employee’s remuneration and ensure that benefit packages are competitive within the market. Through also using employee data, you will also support the development and delivery of key metrics related to employee satisfaction and employee engagement. Finally it will be essential that all of the HR policies and processes are kept in line with the company’s values and culture.

With a strong breadth of HR Generalist experience, you will be experienced in working on all areas of HR within a fast-paced and commercially focused business. A strong track record in developing and implementing HR policy and process will be key, as well as being adaptable and flexible in your approach when driving through change. Excellent stakeholder managements skills will be important and the ability to align the People Agenda with the overall business objectives. Strong business acumen, an ability to make independent decisions and experience of driving professional development within an organisation, will all be important to make a success of this unique and attractive opportunity.
